All orders will be sent with signature on delivery, items in stock will be shipped within 3 business days. Deliveries once sent in Australia will take 3-5 business days and international deliveries will take 7-14 business days.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend you remove your items whilst swimming in pools with chlorine, bathing, sleeping, gardening or before undertaking heavy lifting or exercise to keep them in perfect condition. Protect all jewellery from sharp blows, scratching and from exposure to chemicals.

Returns

All Albert Tse Metalsmith jewellery is hand-crafted to order based on your specifications. Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. In the event that a product you have ordered is faulty or in any other way does not match your order specifications contact us immediately at info@alberttsemetalsmith.com to arrange the return of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you receive a refund, an admin cost of $40 will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
An additional admin fee of $20 will apply to all sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
